Crawfish Salad

1) BOIL HOWEVER MANY CRAWFISH YOU WANT, CUT THEM INTO TWO OR THREE INCH CHUNKS

2) GLOB ON THE MAYO

3) ADD CHOPPED ONION AND GARLIC TO TASTE

4) PEPPER AND MIX WELL

5) LET IT COOL DOWN

6) YOU CAN ADD A SMALL AMOUNT OF GREEN PEPPER FOR COLOR, BUT NOT MUCH, IT WILL CHANGE THE TASTE.  ENJOY
