Key Lime Cake
     
      1 box (18 oz.) Lemon Supreme cake mix (prefer Duncan Hines)
    
       1 box (3.4oz.) Instant Lemon pudding
 
       4 eggs
 
       1 cup water
 
       1 cup Oil ( Veg. or Canola)
   
        2-3 Tbsp. Key Lime juice ( Nellie & Joe's)
 
        (Note: disregard cake package directions)     Mix all of the above ingredients together, mix 30 seconds on low, to moisten, then 2 minutes at medium speed.   Bake in a 9 X 14 or 9 X 13 ungreased pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.  Remove from oven and immediately poke holes in cake with a large meat fork, and pour on glaze.
 
        Glaze recipe:   Stir 2 cups powered sugar and 1/3 cup of Key Lime juice, pour over cake!
