Cuban Bread Pudding

9 eggs                                       1 tbsp vanilla

2 cans evaporated milk                1/2 box guava jelly
1 can condensed milk                  1/2 loaf of stale cuban bread
1 cup sugar                             
 
 
     Soak bread in can of evaporated milk.  Place eggs in large bowl, beat slightly, add sugar and condensed milk.  Stir until blended. Add bread and stir.  Add Guava jelly and stir.  Pour into greased 9x13 pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until greased knife inserted in center comes out clean.
