Bubba's Favorite Chicken Soup

INGREDIENTS:

Olive Oil	1 Large cloves garlic
1 Large green bell pepper	1 lb Spanish or Yellow Onion
Chicken	Sazon - all seasoning
Fresh Cilantro	fideo (noodles)
cumin	1/4 cup white cooking wine
carrots	4 bay leaves

1)  Make Sofrito in deep pan

2) Add chicken and simmer

3) Add all seasoning and cumin and wine to clean pan

4) Add all to pot with fideo, cilantro

5) Salt and pepper to taste
