Winner of 2nd annual Tampa Conch Reunion dessert contest


Key Lime Fudge
5oz. evaporated milk                                       1 2/3 cups of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt                                            12 large marshmallows
2 cups white choc. chips                                 1/4 cup grated lime rind (zest)
2 Tablespoons Key Lime juice
Line a 8"x 8"  pan with foil and grease it with butter.  Combine milk, sugar and salt in large heavy saucepan
over med. heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 8 min. stirring constantly.  Add marshmallows and remaining ingredients and stir until smooth .  Pour into pan, cool and cut into 1" squares.
