CREAM CHEESE KEY LIME PIE

 

1/2 cup key lime juice

 

1 8 oz block of cream cheese (at room temp. or 30 seconds out of wrapper in microwave)

 

1 can condensed milk

 

1 tsp. vanilla

 

Mix in mixer until smooth

 

Pour into a gramcracker crust

 

Chill 1 hour

 

Serve with whip cream on top
