Ann’s Artichoke Dip

 

1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, well drained

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Crackers

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 2-quart casserole dish. Combine first 3 ingredients, place in pan and bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Blot oil off the top with paper towels before serving. Serve with crackers.
