Avocado and chutney

1 large ripe florida avocado

Crackers or toast, about 1 dozen

Major Grey’s chutney or other chutney

Peel and halve avocado and mash pulp. Spread avocado pulp on crackers or toast. Add a dab of Major Grey’s chutney on top.
