Caviar Spring Mold

 

1 8-ounce package cream cheese

1 cup sour cream

6 boiled eggs, chopped

2 Spanish red onions, chopped

2 2-ounce jars caviar (if black wash and drain)

Lemon and parsley garnish

Crackers

 

Mix together very well the cream cheese and sour cream. In and 8 or 9 inch well-greased spring-form pan layer the eggs, onions cream cheese mixture and caviar. Garnish with lemon and parsley. Chill at least 2 hours. Unmold and serve with crackers.

 

Yeild: 1 8 or 9 inch round
