Clam Spread

 

1 cup minced clams

1 cup cottage cheese or 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

cup finely minced onion

Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Potato Chips or crackers

 

Combine the first 4 ingredients. Mix well. Add a little clam juice for more liquid, if desired. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve as a dip with crackers.
