Florida Lobster Cocktail

 

Curly endive

Flesh of 2 cooked spiny lobsters, shelled and cubed

½ cup ketchup

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

3 tablespoons Key Lime Juice or Persian lime juice

10 drops of Tabasco sauce

Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Lemon quarters for garnish

 

Line cocktail glasses with curly endive. Fill cocktail glasses ¾ full with lobster meat and chill well.

Mix together the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Key Lime juice and Tabasco sauce. Add salt and pepper. Spoon over Lobster. Serve very cold. Garnish with lemon quarters.
