Goombay Smash

 

1 ounce white rum

1 ounce coconut rum

1 ounce apricot brandy

1 tablespoon grenadine

1 cup pineapple juice

Fresh pineapple slice for garnish

Ice cubes

 

            Put all ingredients in the container of a blender and blend until frothy. Serve in tall glass over ice and garnish with pineapple slice.
