Guacamole Dip

 

2 large Florida avocados

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon onion juice

1 tablespoon Key lime juice or Persian lime juice

Tortilla chips

1 cup ripe chopped tomatoes

 

Peel and halve avocados and mash pulp well. Mix with the next 3 ingredients and beat well. Place in a glass bowl surrounded by chips. Garnish with chopped tomatoes.

 

Yeild: about 2 cups
