Mango and Prosciutto
1 ripe medium mango, peeled and thinly sliced
¼ pound thinly sliced prosciutto, fat removed
Freshly ground pepper
1 lemon, cut into quarters for garnish
Wrap each slice of mango with a 1-inch wide strip of prosciutto. Arrange on a plate. Grind black pepper over all and garnish plate with lemon quarters.
