Shrimp Dip

 

4 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened

1 large ripe tomato, chopped

1 medium sized onion, chopped

4 jalapeno or bird peppers, or to taste

5 hot banana peppers

3 tablespoons garlic juice

1 -2 pounds cooked shrimp, chopped

Crackers, raw vegetables, and bread sticks

 

Place first 6 ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low heat for 1 hour, stirring frequently. About 10 minutes before serving, stir in shrimp. Serve with crackers, raw vegetables and bread sticks.

 

Yeilds 6-8 cups
