Sour Mama
2 ounces light rum
1 ounce apricot nectar
˝ ounce triple sec (
2 ounce pineapple juice
˝ teaspoon confectioners’ sugar
Ice cubes
Orange slice sprinkled with freshly grated ginger for garnish
Put all ingredients except orange slice into a shaker. Shake well and pour into an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with ginger-spiked orange slice.
