1 8-ounce package cream cheese

1 egg yolk, slightly beaten

2 teaspoons Finely minced onion

Salt and Paprika to taste

Preheat oven to broil. Cream together the cream cheese, egg yolk, onion, salt and paprika. Spread on crackers and place under broiler until golden brown.
