Ingredients:
3 Bags of Frozen Yucca (Goya) or any other
2 Large Yellow onions (sliced)
1/4 cup of Minced garlic
2/3 cup of Olive Oil
Salt to taste
3/4 cup of Sour Orange or Lime Juice
Boil frozen yucca according to directions on the bag. In a large skillet, on medium, cook everything else adding sour orange or lime juice last. Drain yucca then drizzle everything you cooked in the skillet over the yucca.
